On the morning of August 24, Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company was awared Record certificate by Vietnam Book of Records for a pair of pie and sticky rice cake. There are two traditional cakes in every Autumn Festival in Vietnam.
To make this pair of cakes, Bao Minh Confectionery Joint Stock Company took more than 2 months to prepare from wooden molds, soles, materials and deployment, with the participation of more than 20 aged artisans who are more than 20 years of working life in the Company. The completed cake has the size of 0.95m in diameter. 0.2m thick and weighs 150kg made entirely by traditional manual methods.
