It is the second time China has won two medals in the men’s 10m air rifle at an Olympic Games, the last time this happened was at Athens 2004.
Not only is Sheng the youngest medallist in Olympic Shooting history at just 16 years and 233 days, but it proved to be his maiden senior medal.
