Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam is a tea collector with a fondness for Yixing teapots. Mrs. Ngo Thi Thanh Tam (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) gathered 1000 sets of Yixing Yixing teapots (called “Tam Tra Dieu Bao” collection) from the Qing Dynasty to the present from 1994 to 2022.

‘Tam Tra Dieu Bao’ collection has been collected for many years.

The “Tam Tra Dieu Bao” collection includes 1,000 teapots and teacups produced from Yixing clay in Yixing City, China, and displaying a wide selection of fine and unique designs, colors, and patterns. The Yixing pot’s ability to absorb trace amounts of brewed tea flavor and minerals into the teapot after each brew is a well-known property. These ingredients combine over time to create each Yixing teapot a distinct covering that imparts flavor and color to future brews.
