Established in 2001, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company has exhibited remarkable growth and development over a span of 22 years, positioning itself as a highly esteemed entity within the construction materials manufacturing sector in Vietnam. Viglacera Tien Son primarily engages in the fabrication of tiles. Furthermore, the company diversified its work into a broad range of other services, including consultancy, design, technology transfer for the manufacturing of building materials, and the trading of those commodities.
On May 20, 2023, Viglacera Tien Son launched the large-size tile with dimensions of 1.6m x 0.8m and 3.2m x 1.6m. The new product was manufactured via the SACMI Continua+ technological system, which allowed the firm to manufacture tile that is unlimited in length or thickness and create diversified tile products that have flexible dimensions (wide margin up to 1600 x 3200mm, thickness margin 6–20 mm). Moreover, Continua+ integrates all of the tile manufacturing steps on a single production line, including pressing, firing, glazing, printing patterns, cutting, grinding, polishing, etc. The use of a closed manufacturing process serves to mitigate the wastage of production materials and reduce potential environmental hazards.

Viglacera Tien Son manufactured “The largest sintered stone panel in Vietnam” by CONTINUA+ technology
Sintered stone is an artificial stone created utilizing sintering technology and has a larger size compared to conventional tiles on the market today. It is becoming popularly utilized in decoration and interior design for luxury and spacious spaces (restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc.). Viglacera Tien Son has launched the VASTA sintered stone product line with enormous dimensions of 3.2m x 1.6m using SACMI Continua+ technology, adhering to the developed guidelines of consistently investing in enhancing manufacturing capacity and diversifying products to catch technological trends.
With the aim of celebrating this milestone, the firm has manufactured the plus-size sintered stone panel with dimensions of 1.62m x 3.31m (1620 x 3310mm).
The 1.62m x 3.31m (1620 x 3310mm) sintered stone panel is manufactured from clay, kaolin, felspat and some natural oxide. The final product is completed within 7 days

The Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) officially announced and awarded a record to Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company for being the unit manufactured the largest sintered stone panel in Vietnam after the appraisal process. The awarded record certificate event took place on September 11, 2023, within the framework of the Inauguration Ceremony of the SACMI Continua+ Sintered Stone production line at Viglacera Eurotile factory.
