Having moved locations a number of times over its almost 70-year history, Sweeties Candy Co. is now based in Parma on the outskirts of Cleveland. With a 40,000 sq ft candy store, a 36 hole mini-golf course and a beautifully designed soda shop, it’s definitely worth a visit.
It’s stacked to the rafters with sugar-coated goodness – over 4,500 different types of candy made by 190 manufacturers worth over $3,000,000!
Not only is pretty much every type of candy in the store, but there are multiple flavors of the same kind. For example, there were dozens of saltwater taffy flavors including pear, pineapple, caramel apple, blue raspberry, huckleberry, and more.
“If they make it, Sweeties has it” isn’t just a slogan, it’s a fact! The 32-foot long Great Wall of Jelly Belly jellybeans hosts over 80 flavors, and the Old Fashioned Soda Pop Department offers over 300 flavors. But the trip down Memory Lane doesn’t end there; choose from an array of nostalgic toys, too. There’s truly a treat for everyone to enjoy.
