The Guinness World Records world record for the fastest time to pop 100 balloons by a dog is 39.08 seconds and was achieved by Twinkie and Doree Sitterly (both USA) in Moorpark, California, USA, on 29 March 2014.

 Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the longest line of balloons popped by a laser ; it is 200, achieved by 'It's Not Rocket Science' in Borehamwood, UK, on 23 January 2016. 

   Using just his teeth and paws, the nine-year-old, cream-coloured dog popped 100 balloons in 36.25 seconds at the Shawnessy YMCA, beating the previous Guinness World Record of 39.08 seconds.

''It was surreal waiting for the timers to say what the time was," owner Christie Springs told CBC's The Homestretch.

  Springs said Toby's obsession with balloons started five years ago when he came across a lone balloon in the family's backyard. The lean, little whippet was so fond of balloons (well, popping them at least) that Springs even threw him a special pool party, filling up their outdoor pool with balloons so Toby could have a swim and a pop, The Calgary Sun reports. .
