BINH TAY FOOD COMPANY HOSTED A PROMOTION EVENT OF PHO TA BRAND BY SERVING THE BEEF PHO FOR THE WORLD’S MOST PEOPLE TO ENJOY SIMULTANEOUSLY (VIETNAM)

Binh Tay Food Company (BIFOCO), which was created in 1960, is one of Vietnam’s major large-scale firms that makes vegetarian instant food and rice-based goods. Pho Ta, a well-known instant noodle soup brand from Binh Tay Food Company, is most known for its rich broth; the rice flour-based pho noodles are soft and chewy, with a variety of savory ingredients such as green scallions, garlic, and chile, among others. The product is packed in a sanitary and appealing manner.

Despite being a brand of fast pho noodles, “Pho Ta” retains the aromatic, exotic flavor of traditional Vietnamese Pho. Customers not only in Vietnam love the product, but also in South Korea, the United States, and New Zealand.

WORLD’S LARGEST NUMBER OF PEOPLE ENJOYING THE BEEF PHO NOODLE SOUP

Binh Tay Food Company funded, cooked, and distributed over 2000 bowls of beef pho during the walking event at the “Vi nguoi ban doan ket Cong doan” and The Workers of City Support Fund. These are special breakfast servings for the over 2,000 people who finished the 2-kilometer trek.

One of the company’s most popular products, 100% rice noodles, are used in over 2,000 bowls of pho. A thousand liters of pho broth are cooked with the seasoning powder of the “Pho Ta” product, which is made and combined according to the company’s exclusive recipe. 2,000 portions of 44 kilos of fresh meat, 44 kilograms of beef balls, and various vegetables such as bean sprouts, citrus, chili, and garlic are provided.

Furthermore, in order to promote the Vietnamese Pho flavor and grow the “Pho Ta” reputation to the foreign market, Binh Tay Food Company has built a gigantic package of the “Pho Ta” model out of Hiflex canvas measuring 3m x 1.55m x 0.8m. Additionally, the enormous “Pho Ta” box contains 3,445 original-size packets of “Pho Ta.”

BINH TAY FOOD COMPANY SET NEW WORLD RECORD

Under the authority of the World Records Union (WorldKings), Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) has completed the process of monitoring, appraisal, and officially awarding the world record certificate to Binh Tay Food Company for: “Organizing an event to promote the “Pho Ta” brand instant noodle with the preparation and on-site serving of beef pho for the world’s most people to enjoy simultaneously.”
